The Family core

In Approach Mode, a known person can see the dashboard, companion shell, shortcuts, routines, and context appropriate to them. Permissions determine what appears, and person-aware behavior must remain visible, explainable, revocable, and bounded.
Surface AIO can keep more capability close to the room, but it is not presented as the same full sovereign posture as a deployment anchored by Livonne Hub; heavier reasoning can still depend on Livonne’s cloud-backed services.
Companion identity
Different voices over one household memory.
Different family members may choose different names, voices, tones, avatars, and shortcuts. Those companion shells sit over shared household intelligence; they do not fracture memory into disconnected assistants.
